Michael Solomon – Biography
As President of Solomon Consulting, LLC and former President of The M.R.S. Companies, a nationally recognized leader in the freight brokerage and freight forwarder business, I have been involved in the transportation, distribution, and logistics industry for over 40 years.
During my transportation career, I have owned and operated a medium-size motor carrier located in the Midwest, as well as having held numerous top-management positions in private industry, public warehousing, third-party logistics services, and trucking. I have been a lecturer with two major universities and am a graduate of the Memphis State Logistics program. I have extremely broad education, training, and experience in national and international transportation, which particularly qualifies me in the operational consulting transportation and third-party logistics arenas.
